- 1 hour of full-body outdoor Pilates in the estate garden
- Led by professional instructors
- Adapted to all levels
- In case of rain, the session will be moved indoors to the winery
The appetizer
- 2 glasses of cava and/or Batllori wine at the wine bar. We also have grape juice.
- Light appetizer: olives, almonds, chips, and didalets
