Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without the need for justification. To do so, you must communicate your decision unequivocally by email to the indicated contact address.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
This right will not be applicable in certain cases, such as products that can deteriorate or expire quickly, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (like opened bottles of wine or cava), personalized or custom-made products, nor in leisure services with a specific date, such as wine tourism experiences.

Conditions for returning wines and cavas
In case of return within the legal period, the products must be unopened, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging, properly protected to avoid damage during transport. The customer will be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from improper handling. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, has been damaged during transport, or there has been an error in the order, situations in which Finca Batllori will cover the costs.

Defective products or order errors
If the customer receives an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, they must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, preferably providing photographs to facilitate the process. In these cases, Finca Batllori will proceed with the replacement of the product or a full refund, at no cost to the customer.

Wine tourism experiences
Since these are services with a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, in the event of a cancelation by the client with more than 72 hours' notice, a date change may be offered. If the cancelation occurs with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund will be issued, except in cases of duly justified force majeure. If the cancelation is made by Finca Batllori for justified reasons, a new date will be proposed or a full refund will be issued.

Return Procedure
To manage any return or exchange, the customer will need to contact us by email, indicate the order number and the reason, and wait for confirmation and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Refunds
Once the products are received and their condition verified, the refund will be made without undue delay and using the same payment method used for the purchase. Finca Batllori reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of their shipment has been provided.

Applicable legislation
This policy is governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile. Likewise, the customer can access the European Union's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/..
