Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General information

These conditions govern the purchase of products and services through the Finca Batllori online store, in accordance with applicable regulations, including Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer and user protection and European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Products and services
Finca Batllori sells wine and cava products and wine tourism activities (visits, tastings and experiences). The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved for persons over 18 years of age. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they are of legal age.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include applicable VAT. Finca Batllori reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
4. Orders and confirmation
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Payment confirmation implies acceptance of these conditions. Finca Batllori reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, lack of stock or signs of fraud, with a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Shipping
Physical products (wines and cavas) are shipped to mainland Spain. Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of purchase. Finca Batllori is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, except in the following cases:
- Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once opened
Therefore, wines and cavas are not eligible for return once delivered, except in the case of a defective product or order error, as indicated in the Refund Policy.
Wine tourism activities and experiences are subject to the cancellation policy indicated in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Finca Batllori is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products or service interruptions due to force majeure, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Data protection
The processing of customers' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
9. Intellectual property
All content on fincabatllori.com (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Finca Batllori or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property legislation. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
10. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish and European law. For any dispute arising from an online purchase, the customer can access the European online dispute resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Modifications
Finca Batllori reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after their publication.
