Appearance: Reserve Cava with a pale yellow color with silvery reflections, with marked and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Subtle and clean on the nose, with mature aromas from aging, we first find yeast and nuts and little by little fresh aromas of honey and pastries are expressed.
Mouth: It enjoys good intensity in the mouth, the entrance is soft but in the mouth it becomes extensive, giving way to a complex cava rich in flavors, with a long and appetizing finish.
