Appearance: Reserve cava, lemon yellow in color with golden reflections, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: The nose has a marked aroma that initially recalls nuts and aniseed notes. Little by little it evolves with ease, giving way to notes of quince, honey, biscuit and syrup.
Mouth: Intense in the mouth, with good persistence on the palate. Well-integrated and fine bubbles that give way to a dry and frank finish.
