Appearance: Young cava with a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Intense aromas reminiscent of white flowers with hints of menthol and fresh herbs like fennel. Little by little, notes of roasted fruits are expressed.
Mouth: In the mouth it has a soft and not very voluminous entrance that intensifies and gives way to a refreshing sensation and a mid-finish that recalls aromas of white fruit such as apple.
