AGEING: Minimum of 24 months on its lees
TASTING NOTES: This “reserva” cava is lemon-yellow flecked with gold, and displays fine, long-lingering bubbles. It shows pronounced aromas on the nose, reminiscent of dried fruit and nuts with notes of aniseed. It evolves gradually and easily, giving way to notes of quince, honey, biscuit and syrup. It is intense on the palate with good persistence. The bubbles are fine and well- integrated and lead to a clean, dry finish. This is a well-structured, complex cava. Perfect with weightier dishes such as veal with mushrooms, as well as desserts and chocolate.
