AGEING: Minimum of 12 months on its lees.
TASTING NOTES: Pale pink cava with an onion skin profile and pronounced yet fleeting bubbles. Soft, fine aromas, reminiscent of passion fruit, with diary notes from the fermentation. This is a complex cava, pleasant and sweet on entry, more intense and fuller bodied over the palate with a refreshing citrus finish. Perfect with fattier dishes such as salmon, risotto or vegetables with “Romesco”.
