AGEING: Minimum of 12 months on its lees
TASTING NOTES: A young cava displaying a straw yellow hue with green tints and fine, long-lingering bubbles. Intense white flower aromas with hints of mint and fresh herbs such as fennel, gradually followed by toasted fruity notes. Soft and light-bodied on entry to the palate, which intensifies, takes on a refreshing character, and then leads to an average-length finish with apple-like white fruit aromas. This is a fresh cava, perfect on its own or paired with light dishes.
